• ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER (Badge required for admittance.)
• Pre-registration must be postmarked by September 1st or you may register online at www.illinoisladiesministries.com.
• Online we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover PayPal or eCheck.
• Enclose $35.00 Registration Fee which covers all retreat sessions and syllabus.
• Make checks payable to Illinois District Ladies Ministries.
• There will be a $20.00 returned check fee.
• Late registration as seating room permits is $40.00 with no assurance of syllabus.
• Registration Fee is transferable but NON-REFUNDABLE
• For women ages 16 and over.
• Out of respect to other attendees we regret NO infants or children under 16 will be admitted.
• The Pentecostal Publishing House Bookstore will be open before and after services.
• There will be NO Craft Tables due to the new facilities.
• Awaken your generous spirit by donating a Walmart gift card to Tupelo Children’s Manson and New Beginnings. Useful toiletries and newborn items are also appreciated.

All rates are for up to four people and do not include tax. Regular rooms include king or two queens; suites include same plus pull out sofa sleeper. All at I-57 & I-70 exit 160.
