Sis. Gentry shared an uplifting devotion encouraging everyone to trust, believe, and praise God for the answer that is coming.
She reminded the group to place every situation at the feet of Jesus, stop overthinking, and rest in the peace that God will come through.
Updates
Praise report - Sis Russell shared that Bro Russell does not have Parkinson’s!!
Congratulations to Lourdes on her ordination.

Sis. Bailey and Sis. Cox, along with Bro. David Kennedy, are building this as a central hub for all Ladies Ministries information.
This initiative was introduced at the Allocation Meeting to improve communication across the ministry.
Appreciation was expressed to the committee for improved responsiveness with texts, emails, and tasks—thank you for your continued effort to grow in this area.
Mothers Memorial (MM) & Circle of Sacrifice (COS)
Communication & Promotion
Regularly promote MM & COS within your sections:
Announce at rallies
Stay in contact with pastors’ wives and ladies leaders
Send fundraising ideas
Share MM promotional materials - videos and printable materials found on the Leadership Page
Encourage participation through:
Mother’s Day offerings
May fundraisers (“May Madness”)
Offering support and being available to help
Focus on building genuine relationships:
Stay connected through calls, texts, cards, or meetups
Be intentional throughout the year—not just during fundraising season
COS Reminders
Encourage participation and celebrate involvement (red carpet, luncheon, etc.).
Deadline: July 1
Only those who submit forms by this date will receive conference gifts
No additions will be made after this deadline
Forms must include:

Personal email (not church contact information)
Sis. Cox will check on adding committee members to the IL District page to view COS participants.

Goal: Make this a record-breaking year.
New members are encouraged to reach out for fundraising ideas.
Committee members are encouraged to aim for at least Bronze Circle giving ($250).
Adopted Missionary Offering updates will be shared once totals are finalized.

Ladies Day

Camp Update
We will be serving Wednesday night meal at camp this year
We submitted a proposal for Ladies Ministries not to serve Wednesday night meal since we are already hosting an event during camp
We suggested for Youth, NAM, and Men’s Ministries to serve the meals since those ministries do not hold an event during Family Camp.

Special recognition given to Sis. Fritchley for implementing the online application system and managing the process.
Appreciation also extended to Bro. David Kennedy for promotion and technical support.
